We were tasked with enhancing ICT SCRM Service's communication and creating a visual representation of their value to the organization. As part of our strategy and collaboration, we designed and developed the brand strategy, visual identity, websites, and outreach systems for this service. Since launch in 2020, the ICT SCRM has reached over a thousand individuals every month across NASA and other agencies.
